১০ বছর সাফল্যের সাথে যাত্রী পরিবহন করে ১১ তম বর্ষে পদার্পন করেছে দেশের শীর্ষ স্থানীয় বেসরকারি বিমান সংস্থা নভোএয়ার। নভোএয়ার বিভিন্ন কর্মসূচীর মাধ্যমে ১০তম প্রতিষ্ঠাবার্ষিকী উদযাপন করেছে। উল্লেখ্য, নভোএয়ার ২০১৩ সালে ৯ই জানুয়ারিতে অভ্যন্তরীণ রুটে ঢাকা থেকে চট্টগ্রামে ফ্লাইট পরিচালনার মাধ্যমে যাত্রী পরিবহন শুরু করে।

১০তম বর্ষপূর্তি উপলক্ষ্যে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ, ব্যবসায়িক সহযোগী ও সম্মানিত যাত্রীদের শুভেচ্ছা জানিয়ে নভোএয়ার এর ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক জনাব মফিজুর রহমান বলেন, একটি বিশ্বমানের সেবা প্রদানের প্রতিশ্রুতি নিয়ে আমাদের যাত্রা শুরু। সময়ানুযায়ী ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা ও নিরাপদ ভ্রমন নিশ্চিত করাই আমাদের ব্যবসায়িক দর্শনের সর্বোচ্চ প্রাধিকার। নিরাপত্তা ও সেবা, এই দুই মুল মন্ত্রকে আমরা সমানভাবে গুরুত্ব দিয়ে থাকি। নভোএয়ার ১০ বছরে ১ লাখেরও বেশি ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা করে সাড়ে ৫৫ লাখেরও বেশি যাত্রীকে সেবা দিয়েছে।

তিনি বলেন, নানাবিধ চ্যালেঞ্জ ও প্রতিকুলতা জয় করে নভোএয়ার সবার কাছে বিশ্বস্ত, নির্ভরযোগ্য এবং আস্থার এয়ারলাইন্স হিসেবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছে । নতুন বছরে পদার্পন এর অঙ্গীকার হবে, আমাদের সম্মানিত যাত্রীদের চাহিদার সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ অভ্যন্তরীণ ও আন্তর্জাতিক গন্তব্য সম্প্রসারণ, বহরে আরও উড়োজাহাজ সংযোজন এর মাধ্যমে উন্নত যাত্রী সেবা নিশ্চিত করা।

বর্তমানে প্রতিদিন ঢাকা থেকে অভ্যন্তরীণ রুটে চট্টগ্রাম, কক্সবাজার, সিলেট ,যশোর ,সৈয়দপুর, রাজশাহী এবং আন্তর্জাতিক রুটে কলকাতায় ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা করছে। এছাড়া যশোর থেকে কক্সবাজার রুটে ও রাজশাহী থেকে কক্সবাজার রুটে সরাসরি যাত্রী পরিবহন করছে। নতুন নতুন সেবা সংযোজনের মাধ্যমে যাত্রী সেবার মান উন্নত করতে নভোএয়ার সব সময় সচেষ্ট। সেই লক্ষ্যে যাত্রীদের বিশেষ সেবা দেওয়ার লক্ষ্যে দেশের প্রথম উড়োজাহাজ সংস্থা হিসেবে ফ্রিকোয়েন্ট ফ্লায়ার প্রোগ্রাম স্মাইলস, নভোএয়ার-ইবিএল কো-ব্রান্ডেড প্রিপেইড মাস্টারকার্ড, সহজে টিকেট ক্রয়ের জন্য মোবাইল অ্যাপ এবং চেক ইন প্রক্রিয়া ঝামেলামুক্ত করতে ওয়েব চেক-ইন, নভোএয়ার-এমটিবি কো-ব্রান্ডেড ক্রেডিট কার্ড সেবা চালু করে। নভোএয়ার ভ্রমণ বিষয়ক পাক্ষিক ম্যাগাজিন দি বাংলাদেশ মনিটরের ২০১৪ সালে বেস্ট ডমেস্টিক এয়ারলাইন্স, ২০১৯ সালে বেস্ট ডমেস্টিক এয়ারলাইন্স, ২০২১ সালে বেস্ট অনটাইম পারফরমেন্স এয়ারলাইন্স হিসেবে পুরস্কার লাভ করে।

Country’s leading private airline NOVOAIR has successfully completed its 10 years of operation. NOVOAIR is celebrating 10^th anniversary through various programs. NOVOAIR started the 1^st flight on January 9, 2013, from Dhaka to Chattogram route.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary, Mr. Mofizur Rahman, Managing Director of NOVOAIR, acknowledged the concerned authorities, business associates, and esteemed passengers for being with NOVOAIR for 10 years journey. NOVOAIR is currently operating flights from Dhaka on domestic routes to Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Sylhet, Jashore, Saiddpur, Rajshahi, and international routes to Kolkata. Besides, it is transporting passengers directly from Jashore to Cox’s Bazar route and from Rajshahi to Cox’s Bazar route.
