NOVOAIR, the country’s leading private airline has added another 68-seater ATR 72-500 model aircraft, raising its aircraft number to seven in its fleet.

The aircraft landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Sunday at 2:30 PM. Mr. Feroz Alam, Deputy Managing Director, Directors and high official were present in this occasion.

NOVOAIR has planned to increase number of flights in domestic and international routes with the new aircraft.

Currently NOVOAIR operates daily Six flights from Dhaka to Cox’s Bazar, five flights to Chattogram.  five flights to Jashore, five flights to Saidpur, two flight to Sylhet, one flight to Rajshahi, Barishal and Kolkata.

NOVOAIR started its operations in January 2013. NOVOAIR is established as a preferred scheduled passenger Airline spreading its wings in all domestic and regional destinations.

যাত্রী চাহিদা ও পর্যটন শিল্পের বিকাশে কক্সবাজার রুটে ফ্লাইট বৃদ্ধি করেছে দেশের অন্যতম শীর্ষস্থানীর বেসরকারি বিমান সংস্থা নভোএয়ার। ১লা ডিসেম্বর থেকে কক্সবাজার রুটে প্রতিদিন ৬টি করে ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা করবে নভোএয়ার।

বর্তমানে কক্সবাজার রুটে প্রতিদিন ৫টি করে ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা করছে।

নভোএয়ার বর্তমানে প্রতিদিন চট্টগ্রাম রুটে ৫টি, যশোর রুটে ৫টি, সৈয়দপুর রুটে ৫টি, সিলেট রুটে ২টি, বরিশাল, রাজশাহী এবং কলকাতায় ১টি করে ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা করছে।

নভোএয়ার বর্তমানে একমুখী যাত্রায় চট্টগ্রাম রুটে সর্বনিম্ন ২৫০০ টাকা, কক্সবাজার ৩৯০০ টাকা, সৈয়দপুর ২৭০০ টাকা,যশোর ২৭০০ টাকা, সিলেট ২৭০০ টাকা, বরিশাল ২৭০০ টাকা, রাজশাহী ২৭০০ টাকা এবং কলকাতা রুটে (দ্বিমুখী) ৯,৯৯৯ টাকায় যাত্রী পরিবহন করছে।

NOVOAIR, the leading private airlines of the country, has increased flights to Cox’s Bazar in response to passengers demand. NOVOAIR will operate daily six flights to Cox’s Bazar route from 1^st December.

Currently NOVOAIR operates daily 5 flights to this route.

Currently, NOVOAIR operates daily 5 flights to Chattogram, 5 flights to Jashore, 5 flights to Saidpur,  2 flights to Sylhet, 1 flight to Barishal, Rajshahi and Kolkata respectively.

One Way starting fare to Chattogram is BDT 2500, while to Cox’s Bazar BDT 3900, Jashore BDT 2700, Saidpur BDT 2700, Sylhet BDT 2700, Rajshahi BDT 2700, Barishal BDT 2700 and Kolkata return fare starts from BDT 9,999 (including all taxes) only.

দেশের অন্যতম বেসরকারী বিমান সংস্থা নভোএয়ার ও মালয়েশিয়ার ফায়ারফ্লাই এর মধ্যে একটি সমঝোতা স্মারক স্বাক্ষর হয়েছে।

বৃহস্পতিবার নভোএয়ার এর প্রধান কার্যালয়ে এ সমঝোতা চুক্তি সই অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। নভোএয়ার এর ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক জনাব মফিজুর রহমান ও ফায়ারফøাই এর সিইও ফিলিপ সি ইউ জিন নিজ নিজ প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষে স্বাক্ষর করেন। এর আওতায় দুই প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রশিক্ষণ, প্রকৌশল, উড়োজাহাজ রক্ষণাবেক্ষন ও ফ্লাইট পরিচালনার ক্ষেত্রে নিজেদের মধ্যে সহযোগীতা বিনিময় করবে।

নভোএয়ার এর ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক জনাব মফিজুর রহমান বলেন, যাত্রীদের উন্নত সেবা প্রদান ও নিরাপদ যাত্রা নিশ্চিত করাই আমাদের লক্ষ্য। তাই সেবার মান আরও উন্নত করতে উড়োজাহাজ রক্ষনাবেক্ষন, দক্ষ জনবলসহ প্রয়োজনীয় সহযোগীতার জন্যই আমরা স্বনামধন্য ফায়ারফ্লাই এর সাথে এই সমঝোতা স্মারক স্বাক্ষর করেছি।

ফায়ারফ্লাই এর সিইও ফিলিপ সি ইউ জিন বলেন, বাংলাদেশের অন্যতম ও অগ্রগামী বেসরকারী এয়ারলাইন নভোএয়ার এর সাথে বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রে সহযোগীতামূলক এই সমঝোতা স্মারক স্বাক্ষর একটি মাইলফলক হিসেবে গণ্য হবে এবং সহযোগীতার পরিধি আরো বিস্তৃত হবে বলে বিশ্বাস করি। তাই নিজেদের মধ্যে অভিজ্ঞতা বিনিময়ের মাধ্যমে যাত্রীদের সেবা আরও উন্নত করার লক্ষ্যেই এই দ্বিপাক্ষিক সমঝোতা স্মারক সই করা হয়েছে। নভোএয়ার এর সাথে সমঝোতা স্মারক সই করতে পেরে আমরা আনন্দিত।

এই স্বাক্ষর অনুষ্ঠানে দুই প্রতিষ্ঠানের উর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তারা উপস্থিত ছিলেন।

ফায়ারফ্লাই, মালয়েশিয়া এয়ারলাইন্সের একটি অঙ্গ প্রতিষ্ঠান। ২০০৭ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠানটি প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। প্রতিষ্ঠানটি বাণিজ্যিক ফ্লাইট পরিচালনার পাশাপাশি পাইলটদের প্রশিক্ষণ দিয়ে থাকে। এছাড়া উড়োজাহাজের কারিগরি সহায়তা প্রদান করে এরই মধ্যে সুনাম অর্জন করেছে।

নভোএয়ার ৬টি এটিআর ৭২-৫০০ মডেলের উড়োজাহাজ দিয়ে প্রতিদিন চট্টগ্রাম ৫টি, কক্সবাজার ৫টি, সৈয়দপুর ৫টি, যশোর ৫টি, সিলেট ২টি, বরিশাল, রাজাশাহী ও কলকাতায় ১টি করে ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা করছে।

NOVOAIR, a leading private airline in the country and Firefly of Malaysia have signed a memorandum of understanding.

On behalf of NOVOAIR Mr. Mofizur Rahman, Managing Director and Mr. Philip See Yew Jin, Chief Executive officer of Firefly, signed the agreement on Thursday in a ceremony held in NOVOAIR head office.

According to this agreement both the airlines will be working in the areas of training, engineering, aircraft maintenance and operational support to each other.

Mr. Mofizur Rahman, Managing Director of NOVOAIR said, Our goal is to provide better service to passengers and ensure a safe journey. Therefore, we have signed this MoU with reputed Firefly for the necessary cooperation with aircraft maintenance, skilled manpower to further improve the quality of service.

Mr. Philip See Yew Jin, The CEO of Firefly said, I believe the signing will be considered as a milestone in cooperation with NOVOAIR, one of the leading and prominent private airlines in Bangladesh and also believe that the scope of cooperation will expand. Therefore, this agreement has been signed with the aim of improving the services of the passengers through exchange of experience among the organizations. We are very pleased to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with NOVOAIR.

Firefly was established on 2007. Firefly is a subsidiary company of Malaysia airline. Apart from commercial flight operation, Firefly offers pilot training and has a very well reputed maintenance, repair and operations facility.

Currently, NOVOAIR operates daily 5 flights to Chattogram, 5 flights to Cox’s bazar, 5 flights to Saidpur, 5 flights to Jashore, one flight to Barishal, Rajshahi and Kolkata with 6 aircraft ATR 72-500 model aircraft.
