Sylhet package from Dhaka with a starting from BDT 1,745 Per person per month and from other destinations starting from BDT 2,906 per person per month. Partner Hotels are Hotel Rose View and Hotel Noorjahan grand.

Chattogram package from Dhaka with a starting from BDT 2,139 per person per month and from other destinations starting from BDT 3,300 per person per month. Partner Hotel is Hotel Agrabad.

Dhaka package from Cox’s Bazar starting from BDT 1,340 per person per month and from other destinations BDT 2,101 per person per month. Partner hotel is Lakeshore Hotel.

Currently, NOVOAIR operates daily two flights from Dhaka to Cox’s Bazar, six flights to Chattogram, and two flights to Sylhet in compliance with health guidelines issued by the government. নভোএয়ার কক্সবাজার রুটে আগামীকাল থেকে পুনরায় ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা শুরু করছে। একই সাথে স্মাইলস গ্রাহকদের জন্য সব রুটের টিকেটের মূল্যে ১০% ছাড়ের ঘোষনা দিয়েছে প্রতিষ্ঠানটি।

নভোএয়ার সরকার নির্দেশিত স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে কক্সবাজার রুটে প্রতিদিন ঢাকা থেকে সকাল সাড়ে ৯টায় ও বিকাল ৩টা এবং কক্সবাজার থেকে সকাল ১১:০৫ মিনিট ও বিকাল ৪:৩৫ মিনিটে ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা করবে।

উল্লেখ্য, করোনা ভাইরাস সংক্রমন রোধে সরকারি নির্দেশে গত ৫ এপ্রিল থেকে কক্সবাজার রুটে ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা বন্ধ ছিলো।

১০% ছাড়ের অফারটি উপভোগ করতে সম্মানিত স্মাইলস গ্রাহকদের ১লা জুন থেকে ৩১ জুলাই ২০২১ এর মধ্যে নভোএয়ার এর যেকোন বিক্রয় কেন্দ্র থেকে টিকেট ক্রয় করতে হবে। এছাড়া যে কোন সম্মানিত যাত্রী তাৎক্ষনিকভাবে স্মাইলস গ্রাহক হয়ে এই অফারে টিকেট ক্রয় করতে পারবেন।

নভোএয়ার সম্মানিত যাত্রীদের বিশেষ সুবিধা দিতে ২০১৩ সালে বাংলাদেশে সর্বপ্রথম ফ্রিকোয়েন্ট ফ্লায়ারস প্রোগ্রাম “ স্মাইলস” চালু করে। সম্মানিত যাত্রীদের নভোএয়ার এর বিক্রয় কেন্দ্র অথবা ওয়েবসাইট থেকে নির্দিষ্ট ফরম পুরনের মাধ্যমে স্মাইলস গ্রাহক হতে হবে।

বর্তমানে নভোএয়ার সরকার নির্দেশিত স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে ঢাকা থেকে প্রতিদিন চট্টগ্রামে ৬টি, যশোরে ৫ টি, সৈয়দপেুর ৫ টি, সিলেটে ২টি, বরিশালে ২টি এবং রাজশাহীতে ২টি করে ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা করছে।

NOVOAIR will resume flights to Cox’s Bazar from tomorrow. NOVOAIR Also announced 10% discount for all destination on the ticket fare for SMILES member.

NOVOAIR will operate daily 2 flights, depart from Dhaka at 9:30 am & 3 pm. Similarly depart from Cox’s Bazar at 11:05 am & 4:35 pm in compliance with the health guidelines issued by government for COVID-19.

Cox’s Bazar flights were suspended from April 5 as per the government directive to prevent corona virus infection.

SMILES members can purchase tickets through NOVOAIR sales offices from 1^st June to 31^st July 2021. In addition, any valuable passenger can enjoy this offer by enrolled SMILES membership from NOVOAIR sales offices or website.

NOVOAIR is the first Bangladeshi airline to launch Frequent Flyers program “SMILES” from 2013 to provide special services to the frequent flyers.

Currently, NOVOAIR operates daily 6 flights from Dhaka to Chattogram, 5 flights to Jashore, 5 flights to Saidpur, 2 flights to Sylhet, 2 flights to Barishal and 2 flights to Rajshahi in compliance with the health guidelines issued by the CAAB/ICAO/IATA and WHO.
