সুবিধা বঞ্চিত শিশুদের আকাশ ভ্রমণের স্বপ্ন পুরন করেছে দেশের শীর্ষস্থানীয় বেসরকারি বিমান সংস্থা নভোএয়ার। নভোএয়ার মঙ্গলবার বিভিন্ন বয়সের ২০ জন শিশুকে কক্সবাজারে ঘুরিয়ে নিয়ে আসে।

নভোএয়ার ঢাকা থেকে সকাল ৮টার ফ্লাইটে শিশুদের নিয়ে কক্সবাজার যায় এবং কক্সবাজার থেকে বিকাল সাড়ে ৪টার ফ্লাইটে ঢাকায় আসে। শিশুরা কক্সবাজারে বিশ্বের দীর্ঘতম সমুদ্র সৈকত ও রেডিয়েন্ট ফিশ ওয়ার্ল্ডে আনন্দঘন সময় কাটায়।

স্বপ্ন পূরনের অনুভুতি প্রকাশ করে পঞ্চম শ্রেনীর ছাত্র তামজিদ ইসলাম বলেন, প্লেনে করে দীর্ঘতম সমুদ্র সৈকতে ঘুরতে যাব তা কখনো ভাবিনি। নভোএয়ারের কাছে কৃতজ্ঞ আমাদের এই স্বপ্নটাকে পূরন করার জন্য।

উম্মে হাবিবা বলেন, মেঘের উপর দিয়ে উড়োজাহাজে করে যাচ্ছি, এটি অসাধারন অনুভুতি। আমরা বীচে খেলা করেছি, ফিশ ওয়ার্ল্ডে গিয়ে নানা ধরনের মাছ দেখেছি অনেক মজা করেছি । এই ভ্রমণ আমার স্বপ্নের মতো হয়েছে।

এ ধরনের আয়োজন প্রসঙ্গে নভোএয়ার এর ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক জনাব মফিজুর রহমান বলেন, সামাজিক দায়বদ্ধতার অংশ থেকেই নভোএয়ার এ ধরনের উদ্যেগ নেয়া হয়েছে। শিশুরাই জাতির ভবিষ্যৎ। তাদেরকে অনুপ্রেরনা দেয়ার জন্যই আমাদের এই প্রচেষ্টা। নভোএয়ার সামাজিক দায়বদ্ধতার অংশ হিসেবে বিনা মূল্যে ওষুধ বিতরন, খেলাধুলাসহ নানা আয়োজন করে থাকে।

নভোএয়ার প্রতিদিন ঢাকা থেকে কক্সবাজার, চট্টগ্রাম, সৈয়দপুর, যশোর, সিলেট, বরিশাল, রাজশাহী ও কলকাতায় ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা করছে।

 NOVOAIR, the leading private airline of the country fulfilling the dream of under privileged children by offering a free air travel. NOVOAIR took 20 children of different ages to Cox’s Bazar on Tuesday.

NOVOAIR started their journey to Cox’s Bazar with the kids on a flight from Dhaka at 8:00 am and returned to Dhaka at 5:40 pm. The children spend a delightful time at Cox’s Bazaar, the world’s longest beach, and the radiant fish world.

Tamjid Islam, a student of class-five describing his dream by “I never imagined about traveling to the longest beach by aircraft. Thanks to NOVOAIR for fulfilling my dream.”

Umme Habiba said, “it was a great feeling to be flying over the clouds. We played on the beach, went to the fish world and saw many different varieties of fish. This trip is like a dream come true for me”.

Managing Director of NOVOAIR, Mr. Mofizur Rahman said that we take such initiatives as part of our social responsibility. Children are the future of the nation. This is our small initiative to entertain them. As part of NOVOAIR social responsibility, we distribute free medicines to destitute people, also we sponsor sports & various events at regular basis.

৭ বছর সাফল্যের সাথে যাত্রী পরিবহন করে ৮ম বর্ষে পদার্পন করেছে দেশের শীর্ষ স্থানীয় বেসরকারি বিমান সংস্থা নভোএয়ার। নভোএয়ার ২০১৩ সালে ৯ জানুয়ারিতে অভ্যন্তরীণ রুটে ঢাকা থেকে চট্টগ্রামে ফ্লাইট পরিচালনার মাধ্যমে যাত্রী পরিবহন শুরু করে।

নভোএয়ার এ উপলক্ষ্যে বৃহস্পতিবার বেসামরিক বিমান চলাচল কর্তৃপক্ষ, ট্রাভেল এজেন্সী ও সম্মানিত যাত্রীদের সাথে নানা আয়োজনের মাধ্যমে ৭ম বর্ষপূর্তি উদযাপন করেছে ।

৮ম বছরে পদার্পন উপলক্ষে ফ্রিকোয়েন্ট ফøাইয়ার “স্মাইলস” গ্রাহকদের জন্য টিকেটের মূল্যে ১২% ছাড়ের ঘোষনা করেছে। স্মাইলস গ্রাহকবৃন্দ নভোএয়ার এর বিক্রয় কেন্দ্রে এসে এই সেবা নিতে পারবেন। ২০১৩ সালে নভোএয়ার সম্মানিত যাত্রীদের বিশেষ সুবিধা দিতে বাংলাদেশে সর্বপ্রথম “স্মাইলস” নামে ফ্রিকোয়েন্ট ফ্লাইয়ার প্রোগ্রাম চালু করে। নভোএয়ার এর পদাংক অনুসরন করে অন্যান্য এয়ারলাইন্স এই সেবা চালু করেছে।

৭ম বর্ষপূর্তি উপলক্ষ্যে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ, ব্যবসায়িক সহযোগী ও সম্মানিত যাত্রীদের শুভেচ্ছা জানিয়ে নভোএয়ার এর ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক জনাব মফিজুর রহমান বলেন, নভোএয়ার সব সময়ই যাত্রী নিরাপত্তাকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে থাকে। এরই মধ্যে নভোএয়ার নিরাপদ ভ্রমণে যাত্রীদের কাছে বিশ্বস্ততা অর্জন করেছে। সময়ানুযায়ী ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা ও যাত্রী সেবার মান আরও বাড়ানোর জন্য প্রতিনিয়ত নানা উদ্যোগ নেয়া হচ্ছে। এই পরিকল্পনার অংশ হিসেবেই সময়ানুযায়ী ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা করতে এরই মধ্যে ৭ম উড়োজাহাজ বহরে যুক্ত হয়েছে। যাত্রীদের টিকেট ক্রয় সহজতর করতে মোবাইল অ্যাপ ও চেক-ইন প্রক্রিয়া সহজ করতে ওয়েব চেক-ইন প্রক্রিয়া চালু করা হয়েছে। ৮ম বছরে পদার্পন এর অঙ্গীকার হবে আমাদের সম্মানিত যাত্রী চাহিদার সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ অভ্যন্তরীণ ও আন্তর্জাতিক গন্তব্য সম্প্রসারণ, বহরে আরও উড়োজাহাজ সংযোজন এর মাধ্যমে উন্নত যাত্রী সেবা নিশ্চিত করা।

NOVOAIR, the leading private airline of the country steps into 8th year after completing the 7th years’ successful journey. On January 9, 2013, NOVOAIR started its flight operations between Dhaka and Chattogram.

NOVOAIR celebrates the occasion with various activities with Civil Aviation Authority, travel agencies and passengers on Thursday.

NOVOAIR has announced 12% discount on fare for their “SMILES” member on the occasion of 7th anniversary. Passengers can enjoy this offer to purchase the ticket from NOVOAIR sales counters. NOVOAIR introduced the “SMILES” frequent flyer program in 2013 for its passengers on special reward for the first time in Bangladesh. Following footsteps of NOVOAIR other airlines including Biman introduced the frequent flyer program.

From 2013 to 2019, NOVOAIR operated more than 61 thousand flights and carried over 33 lac passengers.
